"On the money," "good move," and "right on" came to mind when I first heard about this billboard. The consequences against him are not legally founded, I believe, especially since the girlfriend is never specifically identified.
The billboard in question is on a main thoroughfare for all to see and it shows 35-year-old Greg Fultz holding the outline of an infant. The text reads, "This Would Have Been A Picture Of My 2-Month Old Baby If The Mother Had Decided To Not KILL Our Child!"
The girlfriend is taking him to court over this.
If she is truly pro-abortion, what's her problem with it? I thought pro-abortion people were proud of their murderous actions.
Her anger shows her regret for having the abortion.
The boyfriend's attorney argues the order for him to take down the billboard as per her complaint violates his client's free speech rights.
"As distasteful and offensive as the sign may be to some, for over 200 years in this country the First Amendment protects distasteful and offensive speech," Todd Holmes said.
"My argument is: What Fultz said is the truth," Holmes also said.
The girlfriend never discussed her pregnancy with the boyfriend, and murdered his child in the womb without even consulting him.
Nobody should be able to stop him from talking about father's rights, even if it is by billboard.
